What we do?
We believe in the power of good contents and numbers do not lie. We argue that digital assets
should have a counterpart in the offline world and we follow the digital footprints left by
users for brands.
12 years ago, we were a full-service advertising agency; we are today and will be tomorrow.
Since our foundation, we have been listening to our brands and through the inspiration we
receive from them we tell our stories to everyone in all channels.
Teşkilat ICOM was founded in 2007 and as the world’s largest independent agency network
ICOM’s Turkey representative since 2015, local and international communication studies have
been carried out. Under the leadership of our Executive Creative Director, Sinan
Alaeddinoğlu, we have been continuing our journey with ideas that fit the spirit of the time
for our brands under one roof without any distinction of traditional or digital.
HOW DO WE WORK?
Instead of being an advertising agency working for brands, we have developed an agency model
that works like the brand’s “Marketing Team”. In order to protect the story that we created
and spread it clearly in every channel, we determined ‘yellow lines’ instead of red lines.
We avoid specific restrictions, instead we prefer smooth transitions.
